Grab his balls and place the base plate around them, so they dangle through the hole. Screw it up tight. Now the choice is which crusher plate to use? The plain flat one, or the really nasty one with sharp pins! Also includes a chain which can be used to give them a tug or to attach them somewhere in your dungeon. Of course you can always attach it to something heavy. This really is an intense and evil bit of kit... We love it!!
